Bye Bye Nanny, more promotions, getting older...

Mary came home today to find Wally playing with a new friend in the front yard, while the Nanny was in Mary and Joe's bedroom, pilfering the money from the ripe Simoleon trees. Bye Bye Nanny. Good thing Mary got promoted to Congressperson today and is off work at 3 PM again and can be home for Wally after school.

Joe got a promotion as well, now he's a Specialist with short working hours - only 6 hours a day! He's still working M-F, in fact the whole family works and goes to school from Monday to Friday and has the weekends off. It's really nice for them, there's ample time for maintaining relationships and homework.

On his way home, Joe started thinking about Wally's next stage of life, and realized it was coming up in a few days. He then reflected back and realized that his own life was set to change in under two weeks! He and Mary would no longer be able to have children soon!

Even though they can't afford that new house yet, Joe and Mary decided to go ahead and have another baby anyway. They'd make due with the room they had and Wally has happily agreed to help look after the little tyke.

Joe and Mary told Wally not to ask about the baby, that it would arrive when it was nature's time for it to arrive.

With Wally happily entertained with his new friend Marsha from school, Joe and Mary snuck off together into the bedroom...
